Approach
We keep the team small and the work close to the code.
We prefer software that is open where it can be, documented well enough to outlast any one person, and built for the long run rather than the next demo. Most of good engineering is the unglamorous part: testing, deployment, and support, done properly.
Some of our work is released under open-source licenses and freely available to other developers, including contributions to AgentDock Core, an open-source AI agent framework.
